When you use the Vextra website, we may collect: your email address (if you submit a Pro access request or sign up for updates), anonymized usage analytics (page views, button clicks), and technical information (browser type, operating system).

How We Use Your Data

We use your email to process Pro access requests and send relevant updates. Analytics data helps us understand how people use the website so we can improve the product. We do not sell your data to third parties.

The Desktop App

Vextra is a local-first application. Your audio samples are processed entirely on your machine. No audio files are uploaded to any server. The app may send minimal telemetry (crash reports, feature usage counts) which can be disabled in settings.

Data Storage

Website data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. IP addresses are hashed before storage. We retain Pro access requests and license data as necessary to provide the service.
